Experience is likely to have covered a range of international markets and asset classes at some stage, and have included some exposure to areas such as macroeconomic analysis. The successful candidate is likely to have acquired a “name” in the industry, and will be known by their reputation to fund managers and financial advisers.

Candidates must possess a good degree, ideally be a CFA Charterholder and be ambitious, tenacious and display high levels of drive, energy and motivation. Furthermore, they should be well presented, professional team leaders who demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and inspire confidence at all levels.
